Brick on the outside with plaster and "new", cheap carpet on the inside, the apartment isn't much to look at. But, considering its price range and just-big-enough size, it's perfect for a young bachelor. The layout includes one bedroom, one bath, one room that is best described as a kitchen and living room smooshed together, and one extra room. The extra would work fine as a guest bedroom or a more official living room, but the current resident is keeping it empty as he saves pennies to change it into a dark room.
